Expedited Shipping cost from $8.35 per order + $0.99 per Lb (Transit Time excluding handling time 1-2 day)
Priority Shipping costs from $13.85 per order + $0.99 per Lb (Delivery Time including handling time 2 business days)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout in accordance with type (Standard or Priority.) Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.

How do I check my order status?:

I didn't receive my order confirmation email:
Please check your spam folder and any other email addresses that you may have used.
If you’re still unable to locate a confirmation email, just contact us with your first and last name, the date you placed the order and the order # and we will look up your order for you.
If you have been charged and your order didn’t go through, don't worry. It will be automatically canceled and refunded and you can place your order again.
Custom, Duty Taxes, and other additional charges:
Some international orders will be subject to import taxes, duties by the destination country which is the recipient’s responsibility.

For duplicate charges on your card please contact us with your order number(s) and details so we can locate the transactions and act accordingly.
Policy on Lost or Delayed Shipping:
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen item after the package has been confirmed as delivered. Please make sure to double-check the shipping addresses to ensure correct delivery.
If the item returns to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will notify the customer that the package has been returned. Our team will automatically refund our customers for the purchase; however, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We do not guarantee delivery time. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience.
