OTUS lamps are sold on Amazon.com by OTUSWORLD LLC and are shipped by Amazon from its warehouses (Fulfilled by Amazon). We do not take or ship orders through this website.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Amazon ships your order. Shipping options, costs and the estimated delivery date are shown on the Amazon product page and at checkout. They depend on your address and on your Amazon membership, such as Prime.

Order status, tracking and cancellations

Amazon sends your order confirmation and shipping updates by email. To track a package, change the delivery address or cancel an order, open Your Orders in your Amazon account.

Late, lost or damaged packages

For a package that is late, lost or arrived damaged, please contact Amazon Customer Service from Your Orders: Amazon handles delivery issues for orders it ships. If the lamp itself is damaged or does not work, you can also contact us. See our Refund policy for returns and the OTUS warranty.
