OTUS lamps are sold on Amazon.com by OTUSWORLD LLC and shipped by Amazon. Nothing is sold on this website: see all models on our Lamps page and order them on Amazon.

Returns

Returns and refunds go through your Amazon account under Amazon’s return policy. Our Refund policy explains how it works.

OTUS Limited Warranty

Every OTUS lamp has an 18-month warranty from the date of purchase. Register your lamp while the warranty is running and you get 18 more months, 36 months in total. If a covered defect appears, we send you a replacement lamp or part, or refund the purchase price. Full terms are in our Refund policy.
