Quick fixes

• DL-001 won’t switch on

  Wave a hand 1–4 in above the shade, not higher. If that does not work, hold the color key for 1 second.

• DL-001 forgot my brightness

  Settings are kept when you switch off, and reset when the lamp is unplugged.

• DL-006 phone not charging

  Use a Qi-compatible phone or earbuds. The charger works up to 7 mm from the pad, so take off a thick case.

• DL-1332 knob

  Turn to set brightness. Press and turn to set color temperature. Double-press to switch the motion sensor on or off; a red light shows it is active.

• DL-1332 switched itself off

  With the motion sensor on, the lamp turns off about 10 minutes after you leave the desk.

• DL-1807 battery

  Charge over USB-C for about 2.5 hours; the red light goes off when it is full. You can keep using the lamp while it charges.
